Navigate to the Reports Section
On the dashboard, locate and click on the “Reports” option. This is typically found in the main navigation menu or dashboard sidebar.
Search for Expense Reports
In the Reports section, look for the “Expense Reports” option.
You will generally find two options:
Expense Reports
Expense Reports Category
View Detailed Expense Report
Click on the “Expense Reports” option to view detailed reports. This will display a comprehensive overview of expenses with the following features:
Expense Report Date Range: Specify the report date range, such as 2024-08-01 to 2024-08-05.
Total Expense: Displays the total amount of expenses for the selected date range.
Expense Date: Date when the expense occurred.
Category: Category of the expense (e.g., Travel, Office Supplies).
Payment Mode: The method of payment used for the expense (e.g., Cash, Card).
Total Amount: The total amount spent for each expense entry.
View Expense Report by Category
Click on the “Expense Reports Category” option to filter and view expenses based on categories. This allows you to:
Select Category: Choose a specific category to view all expenses related to that category.
Review Details: The report will display the expenses filtered by the selected category, with similar details as in the full expense report.
Analyze and Export Reports
Review the displayed reports to analyze spending patterns and financial trends.
If needed, look for options to export or download the report for further analysis or record-keeping.
