1. Accessing the Dashboard
Web Application: Log in to the BillClap web application using your Indian mobile number and OTP.
Mobile Application: Open the BillClap mobile app, log in using your mobile number and OTP, and you will be directed to the dashboard.
2. Main Dashboard Overview
The main dashboard provides a snapshot of your business performance, including key metrics and trends. Here are the primary sections you'll find:
Business Overview: Displays total sales, total purchases, total expenses, total amount receivable, total amount payable, total money received, and total money paid. This gives you a quick view of your financial health.
Monthly Growth: Shows net income, sales, orders, expenses, and purchases for the month, along with percentage changes from the previous month. This helps you track your business growth over time.
3. Navigating the Sidebar Menu
The sidebar menu on the left side of the screen contains various sections that you can access:
Dashboard: Returns you to the main dashboard view.
Parties: Manage your customers and vendors. You can add new customers or vendors, export data, and bulk add entries.

Product: Manage your products and inventory. You can add new products, update stock levels, and set alerts for low stock.
