How to Add Products on Digital Dukan 2.0
Digital Dukan 2.0 is a robust platform offered by BillClap that allows you to seamlessly manage and sell your products online. Follow these steps to add products effectively:
Step 1: Accessing the Platform
Login: Log in to your Digital Dukan 2.0 account using your credentials provided by BillClap.
Navigate to Products: Once logged in, locate and click on the "Products" tab or a similar option to begin adding your products.
Step 2: Adding Product Details
Product Image: Upload a clear and high-quality image of your product. This is crucial as it directly impacts customer interest and perception.
Service Name: Enter the name of the service or product that you are adding. This should be descriptive and accurate.
Product Type: Specify the type of product (e.g., physical goods, digital products, services).
Selling Price and Tax Type: Enter the selling price of the product and choose the appropriate tax type applicable for it.
Purchase Price and Tax Type: Input the purchase price (if applicable) and select the corresponding tax type.
GST and MRP: Enter the Goods and Services Tax (GST) percentage and Maximum Retail Price (MRP) if applicable.
Category and Variant: Select the category under which the product falls. If your product has variations (e.g., size, color), define them as variants. A variant is a specific version or option of a product (e.g., "Red, Size M").
What is a Variant?: Variants allow customers to choose different options of the same product without having to create multiple listings.
Product Units: Specify the units in which the product is sold (e.g., piece, kg, hour).
Product Description: Provide a detailed description of the product. Include its features, benefits, and any other relevant information that helps customers make informed decisions.
Product SEO: Optimize your product description for search engines by incorporating relevant keywords and phrases.
Hide from the Shop Option: If needed, use this option to temporarily remove the product from being displayed in your online store without deleting it.
Step 3: Review and Save
Review: Double-check all entered details for accuracy. Ensure that all mandatory fields are filled correctly.
Save: Click on the "Save" or "Publish" button to add the product to your Digital Dukan 2.0 store.
