Accessing Coupon Creation
Log in to your Digital Dukaan account and navigate to the dashboard or main menu.
Look for the option labeled "Create Coupons" or similar. Click on it to begin creating a new coupon.
Select Coupon Type
Choose the type of coupon you want to create:
Flat Discount: Provides a fixed monetary discount (e.g., $10 off).
Buy X Get Y Free: Offers a free item or items when customers purchase a specified quantity.
Percentage Discount: Gives a percentage off the total order amount (e.g., 10% off).
Add Coupon Details
After selecting the coupon type, enter the following details:
Coupon Code: Create a unique code that customers will use to apply the discount during checkout.
Usage Limit per Customer: Specify the maximum number of times a single customer can use the coupon.
Discount Percentage: If applicable (for percentage discount type), enter the percentage discount amount.
Minimum Order Condition: Set any conditions that must be met for the coupon to be valid, such as specific products or order total.
Minimum Order Value: Specify the minimum order amount required to use the coupon.
Maximum Discount: Optionally, set a maximum discount amount that the coupon can apply.
Coupon Functionality: Choose how the coupon should function, such as applying to specific products or categories, or being applicable site-wide.
Validity: Set the start and end dates for the coupon's validity period.
Save Coupon
Double-check all entered details for accuracy, ensuring all mandatory fields are filled correctly.
Once verified, save the coupon by clicking on a "Save" or "Submit" button (depending on the platform's interface).
Confirmation
After saving, you should receive a confirmation message indicating that the coupon has been successfully created and is now active.
Further Management
Manage coupons as needed, such as editing details, adjusting usage limits, or extending validity periods.
